Throughout the website, Tyler and Christy write of their care for their customers and their love of making fine, custom woodcrafts. Those are, indeed, the qualities I have experienced. I have ordered four custom boxes and ornaments over the past year, and am always delighted at how their finished product far exceeds my hopes. Their attention to detail in their craft, and their attention to working with me as a customer are of the highest caliber. I have passed along the name of Mad Tree Woodcrafts to many people, and will continue to do so. We ordered the extra large memory box to hold cards, letters and photos collected from current and past employees to commemorate our chairman’s 75th birthday. The box was artisan quality and the custom message inside the lid was beautifully engraved. Christy and Tyler were very responsive and delivered a beautiful product on time as promised. I highly recommend Mad Tree Woodcrafts!!! I was looking for an urn for my tiny Yorkie that had recently passed but I needed a smaller size. Christy and Tyler went out of their way to accommodate and make sure that everything was perfect. The item arrived in a very reasonable amount of time and the quality far exceeded my expectations. It’s virtually flawless. Christy also did an excellent job designing the front cover and was very patient when I wanted to make changes. Her primary concern was making sure I was happy with my purchase. Charlie is in his final resting place and I cannot thank them enough for their service.
